What you need to know is that this farm is magical. Life abounds. Flowers, trees, animals, beauty. I was just telling Kristen the other day, “when I think of “home” I think of Penrose first.” And as strange as it is, its true. While I can only give you words to describe my experience, I wish that you all COULD experience it. Taking pictures there can give you a glimpse, but those who knew this farm as “home” at one time or another know what I mean.

Dear Penrose Spring Mini Sessioners, I envy you. 😉

I seriously had a blast working with everyone and meeting your horses. You’d never even know that we had some non-smiling equines. Just smile and let Kristen–> (you are AMAZING!) take care of the horses. 😉 Oh to be a fly on the wall at these shoots. Y’all, I’m telling you– I’m going to have to start secretly video taping Kristen and her shenanagins. You would not believe the extents she goes through to get some bored horses looking as fabulous as she does. LOL. (NOT that these were bored horses by any means) 😉

Enjoy the slideshow!

ps- if you enjoyed this or if you know anyone who would benefit from knowing more about hosting Mini Sessions at their farm, please share! I would appreciate it and your friends might too!

Have you done something outstandingly obnoxious (kart wheels, different ring tones on your phone, throwing up a feather boa….) to get a horse’s attention for pictures? If so, share it below by leaving a comment! LOL! Even though she’s already semi-pro, I’m sure Kristen will appreciate some new perspectives! 😉
